Even though we had only known Karen for a very short ammount of time, she had become someone we loved very much. We watched in awe as she courageously, quietly and dilligently fought to survive. We will always remember her for her big heart, her unselfish demeanor and the constant smile she wore despite her pain and diagnosis. We are very sad to hear of her passing and will miss her dearly.
